Terms of Service

By accessing or using Bloomix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bloomix is a social media management platform that allows users to schedule, publish, and manage content across multiple social media platforms including but not limited to YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Threads.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service.
  • You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
  • You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
  • Post or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Bloomix, a Bloomix employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any systems or networks connected to the Service.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bloomix. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

In no event shall Bloomix, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
  • Any content obtained from the Service.
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
