YouTube API Services
Our application uses YouTube API Services. By using our application, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
- Data Collected: We access your YouTube channel profile (name, image) and video upload capabilities.
- Google Privacy Policy: Your use of our service is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
TikTok
- Data Collected: User profile information (username, avatar), video content, and caption data.
- Purpose: To schedule and publish videos directly to your TikTok account.
X (formerly Twitter)
- Data Collected: Profile information and tweet capability.
- Purpose: To post tweets and threads on your behalf.
- Data Collected: Profile URN (unique ID) and organization pages you manage.
- Purpose: To share professional updates and video content to your profile or company page.
3. How We Use Your Information
We strictly use your data for the functionality of the Bloomix application:
- Publishing Content: To upload videos, images, and text to your connected social media accounts at the times you schedule.
- Authentication: To verify your identity and maintain secure sessions.
- Service Improvement: To analyze aggregate usage metrics (e.g., "number of posts scheduled") to improve system performance.
Restrictions on Use
- We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
- We do not use your data to train generalized AI models without your explicit consent.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice.
- OAuth Tokens: Access tokens are encrypted at rest. If you remove a social account from Bloomix, we immediately delete the associated access and refresh tokens from our database.
- Uploaded Content: Videos and images are retained only until they are successfully published, or until you choose to delete them from your library.
5. Revoking Access (Your Rights)
You have the right to revoke our access to your data at any time via the security settings of the respective platforms.
How to Disconnect
- Google / YouTube: Revoke access via the Google Security Settings page.
- TikTok: Go to "Settings and Privacy" > "Security" > "Manage App Permissions" in your TikTok app.
- X (Twitter): Go to "Settings" > "Security and account access" > "Apps and sessions".
- LinkedIn: Go to "Settings & Privacy" > "Data privacy" > "Other applications".
